Refund Policy

At Sukoon Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your options for returning or exchanging items.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain products, such as perishable items (e.g., herbs, powders), may not be eligible for returns unless there was a mistake in your order or the product was damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are exempt from being returned, including:

Perishable goods such as herbs or food items.
Custom-made products.
Items on sale or promotional offers.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at writetodinesha@gmail.com and send your item to: [Insert Address].

6. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
